Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders. The shipping cost is always shown in the checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel ships. You can also check your order status on our Track your order page.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email [email protected] and we'll resolve it with the carrier or reship your order.
