Products and prices

We sell Sculpt, Restore. Prices are shown on the product page and in the checkout, including any discount, before you pay.

We do our best to display products and prices accurately. If a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised by our payment provider. All purchases are one-time payments — we never enrol you in a subscription or charge you again automatically.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Airwallex. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or cannot deliver to the address provided.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Use of our products

Please read the instructions supplied with the product before use. Our products are not medical devices or medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, ask a healthcare professional first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
